Cavanaugh Properties, Inc. (CPI) is a real estate investment and management company that acquires, manages, and adds value to multi-family properties in Southern California.
Meet Our Team
Caleb McKinley is a California real estate broker and certified public accountant (CPA). He began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 and has worked with leading real estate investment and management companies in San Diego. Most recently Caleb worked for ConAm Management, one of the nation’s largest privately-held multi-family management and investment companies. As ConAm’s Director of Business Strategies he was responsible for implementing innovative strategies to drive investment and operational performance for a portfolio of 50,000 apartments across eight markets in the western U.S.
Caleb holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of San Diego. Through his involvement with USD’s nationally recognized Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate he was awarded the Daniel B. Woodruff Scholarship. Caleb works with various community and industry organizations including serving on the executive committee of the board for Father Joe’s Villages. Caleb and his wife Sheila live in Vista, California with their three children Lucy, James and John.
