Our Company

Caleb McKinley oversees the management and performance of each property. He is involved in the daily operations of the portfolio management and leads the property management teams.

Previously Caleb served as a national director for ConAm Management in the property and investment management activities for a portfolio of 50,000 apartments. He began his real estate career studying at the Burnham-Moore Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego where he was awarded the Daniel B. Woodruff Memorial Scholarship.

Caleb is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a broker license in the state of California. He is a member of the California Apartment Association, Institute for Real Estate Management, and the USD Real Estate Alumni Society.
